Keep an eye on rebounding shares of Bill.com (BILL).
Company CEO Rene Lacerte just bought 42,248 shares for $49.60 each for just over $2 million. Company CFO John Rettig bought 21,124 shares for $49.40 each for just over $1.04 million.
Both transactions were on August 26.
Helping, earnings were sold. EPS of 57 cents beat by 10 cents. Revenue of $343.7 million, up 16.1% year over year, beat by $15.68 million. Moving forward, the company expects to see total revenue of $346 million to $351 million, which is above expectations of $336.95 million. Even better, BILL just said it plans to buy back up to $300 million of its stock.
“Our new $300 million share repurchase program is enabled by our strong cash flow generation and reflects our confidence in our strategy and in BILL as an investment opportunity with significant upside,” said founder and CEO René Lacerte.
