Keep an eye on Lennar (LEN) on its recent dip.
Company director Amy Banse just picked up 1,575 shares of LEN on April 10 for just over $247,000. Helping, Wedbush analysts recently raised their price target on the homebuilder stock to $144 from $133 a share. Analysts at Citi also just raised their price target to $198 from $179, with a buy rating on the stock. Keefe Bruyette analysts also just raised their price target to $183 with an outperform rating on the stock, too.
Even better, Lennar just declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable on May 8, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 24, 2024.
